Get Involved · Future Leaders of HEDNA
The next generation of distribution, already at the table.
Future Leaders of HEDNA (FLoH) develops the industry’s next wave of distribution leadership — new perspective, deeper networks, and a direct hand in shaping where HEDNA goes next.
What FLoH Is
A select group shaping the future of the industry — and of HEDNA itself.
Future Leaders of HEDNA is a select group of hospitality technology professionals working to shape the future of the industry — and of HEDNA itself. Members engage directly with the broader HEDNA community to build leadership skills and industry knowledge, and to bring new, diverse perspective into an association built on volunteer expertise.
FLoH members aren’t observers. They identify the topics the industry isn’t talking about enough yet, and they push them forward — through webinars, working groups, white papers, and the main conference stage.
Goals & Initiatives
Three pillars, one mission.
01
Develop Leaders
Goal
Promote the development of new Future Leader Members.
Why It Matters
Developing new leaders builds an enduring legacy for HEDNA — and brings new, diverse perspective into an industry that needs fresh challenges to the status quo.
How
- FLoH webinars and dedicated sessions focused on leadership skills and deeper industry knowledge, drawing on HEDNA’s existing membership.
- A mentoring program pairing FLoH members with established HEDNA leaders.
- A platform for Future Leaders to share insights with the broader organization — through white papers, working groups, or the main conference stage.
02
Expand Networks
Goal
Elevate and expand the professional network of new leaders.
Why It Matters
Meaningful relationships drive collaboration — and collaboration is where individual growth, new ideas, and real value for HEDNA come from.
How
- FLoH connects new and first-time HEDNA members and attendees.
- Dedicated experiences let FLoH members connect and collaborate on an ongoing basis, not just once a year.
03
Champion New Ideas
Goal
Identify and champion new ideas.
Why It Matters
FLoH generates focused working groups and knowledge-share that solve real industry challenges — and surface new trends before they’re obvious.
How
- Identify common industry challenges and discuss real solutions.
- Track the impact of new technology and trends on the industry.
- Appoint a FLoH representative to each HEDNA working group.
