Our Conferences App is your one stop shop for all things relating to our Global Distribution Conferences. Check out the latest agenda, view the speakers, connect with other attendees, and access all of the relevant details you need while attending our events.

To get started, follow the steps below. You can also download the getting started PDF with step-by-step screenshots.

1. Download and install the HEDNA Conferences app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, and then open the app.
2. Login to the app at the top of the app home screen. Login is required to see the full program and participants, in addition to other app features such as messaging and meeting scheduling.
3. Your username and password will both be the email address that you registered for the conference with.
4. Once logged in, you will be prompted to finish setting up your profile. You will be able to select if you wish to be visible on the participants list and if other attendees may message you.
5. The main menu items are as follows:
   • Home: Takes you to the main page of the app
   • Program: Shows you the full conference agenda
   • My Itinerary: You can save individual agenda sessions & workshops that you want to attend
   • Speakers: List of conference & workshop speakers
   • Participants: List of conference participants
   • Scan: Utilize this feature to scan another attendee’s digital badge, saving their name/profile as one of your connections
   • My Scheduler: This allows you to set up private meetings
   • My Connections: These are the individuals scanned using the ‘scan’ menu option
   • Social Feed: Our internal app social feed for app users only
   • My Notes: Utilize this as a sketch pad to make quick notes to yourself about the conference, speakers, sessions, etc.
   • Chat: Chat with other attendees
   • Notifications: Notifications from the HEDNA team for the duration of the conference
