In light of the recent Hurricane Dorian damage to Abaco and Grand Bahama Islands, many tourists are simply unaware that the rest of the Bahamas is open and in fact needs their tourism to help maintain the national economy. Examples of successful e-mail and promotional campaigns following weather related disasters, provided by two of the leading hotel/resort-focused CRM/digital marketing companies namely Cendyn and TravelClick, an Amadeus Company, will be shared to provide guidance to governments associations and property owners & managers. Time will be allotted for Q & A.

John Burns, President of Hospitality Technology Consulting will facilitate the webinar.  Others providing advice will be Parris Jordan of HVS, and Dr. John Niser, Director of the International School of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Fairleigh Dickinson University.

This free webinar is open to all hotel operators.  It is co-sponsored by Fairleigh Dickinson University, Parris Jordan, the Hotel Electronic Distribution Network Association (HEDNA) and the Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association (HSMAI).
