As the name implies, user-generated content (UGC) represents any type of content that is created and published in the online world by consumers, or contributors, instead of actual brands. For hotels, UGC is most often collected in the form of a guest review.

This webinar, in conjunction with HEDNA’s Content Best Practices white paper series (Part 1, Part 2), will discuss the importance of UGC in determining the ROI for your organization. We will share best practices for the collection, management and distribution of UGC with the goal of helping hotels improve their online reputation, gain more online visibility, and ultimately generate more bookings and revenue.

Speaker

The webinar is delivered by HEDNA members with deep knowledge and experience in helping customers adopt and embrace analytics into their operations to drive smarter decisions, enable faster actions and optimize outcomes.
