The explosion of data and analytics tools can give hoteliers a competitive advantage in pricing and distribution. But for most hoteliers leveraging this data also means branching out into brand new technologies, practices, and skills. Taking the dive in can be daunting.

This webinar will help hoteliers, both large and small, determine where to start and how to build out these powerful new capabilities. Based on the recent ‘Investing in Analytics’ White Paper produced by HEDNA Hotel Analytics Working Group, this webinar offers a blueprint and guidance to help hoteliers make considered choices to meet the diverse and complex demands of today’s competitive hospitality climate.

Learning Objectives

Attendees will learn about 9 key things to consider when investing in or strengthening their analytics capabilities. Topics covered include the integral areas of data integration, quality, access and storage as well as the skillsets and tools necessary to succeed. The webinar will also cover typical use case examples of how making the right investment choices can make a crucial difference.
