His background and experience span Data Warehouse and Information Lifecycle Management, Data Science and Predictive Analytics, BI and Analytics Strategy, Solution Architecture, Program and Project management, Vendor Selection and various technology assessment services. He is currently co-chair of the HEDNA Hotel Analytics Working Group. His industry experience includes Commercial Industries, Manufacturing, Financial Services & Insurance, Healthcare (provider), and Not-for-Profit Service organizations.
Josh Galun is the Hospitality & Travel Lead for Excella, a transformative technology partner to leading organizations in the government and private sectors. He focuses on improving customer acquisition, enhancing the guest experience, creating customer loyalty, and deploying transformational analytics capabilities. Has led technology implementations for clients such as Marriott, Choice Hotels, LaSalle Hotel Properties, and the Airline Reporting Corporation, ranging from geo-locating beacons, social media integration, and programmatic advertising to system modernizations, data warehouse builds, and PMS deployments. He is currently co-chair of the HEDNA Hotel Analytics Working Group, and previously served on the AHLA Technology and E-Business Committee. Josh has 20 years of experience in technology startups and consulting, including data warehousing, data security, digital analytics, and software development.
Matthew Goulden is the CEO of Triometric with more than 25 years’ experience in developing and selling enterprise software. He works closely with Triometric technologists to formulate and drive the strategies that have made Triometric a pioneer and technical leader in the Business Intelligence (BI) and API analytics market for the online travel market. Matthew has helped spearhead the company’s growth which today works with some of the biggest names in the industry including, Hotelbeds, Bonotel and Marriott. He is currently co-chair of the HEDNA Hotel Analytics Working Group.
