RESERVATION/CANCELLATION POLICY

All sponsorships are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsorships are not reserved until HEDNA receives payment.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing to sponsorship@hedna.org by August 1, 2025, at 5:00 PM U.S. Central Time to receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted after this date.
