1.       How do I update my company profile?

The primary contact for your company membership maintains the company profile.

If you are the primary contact, you have two profiles on the Members Only community - the company profile and your personal profile. To access your company profile:

a.  Log in to the Members Only site with the COMPANY username and password

b.  Click "Manage Profile” to update the company information, edit the communications preferences and manage the annual membership renewal

2.       Who is my company’s primary contact?

The primary contact is the individual listed on your company’s Members Only profile page. If you are unable to view this information, please contact HEDNA Headquarters. 

3.       How do I update the employees associated with my member company profile?

The primary contact for your company membership can update this information. Please contact them with your request.

If you are the primary contact:

a.  Log in to the Members Only site with the COMPANY username and password.

b.  On the "Manage Profile” page, click the "Sub-accounts” icon.

c.  To invite your colleagues to create their individual accounts in the Members Only community, type their email addresses in the "Invite New Members” section and click "Send Invite”.

d.  To remove colleagues from your company account, click the "Detach this member’s account” icon next to the individual’s name.

4.       Do I need a username and password for the Members Only community?

The primary contact for your company membership can add you to the account. Contact them with your request.

If you are the primary contact:

a.  Log in to the Members Only site with the COMPANY username and password.

b.  On the "Manage Profile” page, click the "Sub-accounts” icon.

c.  To invite your colleagues to create their individual accounts in the Members Only community, type their email addresses in the "Invite New Members” section and click "Send Invite”.

 

5.       How do I register for an upcoming HEDNA event?

Visit the Events Calendar here

a.  Select the event of interest

b.  Click "Register for this event”

 

6.       Where do I find industry resources, past conference materials or recent forum deliverables?

a.  Log in to the Members Only site with your username and password. (Don’t have a username and password? See question 4 above.)

b.  Go to the Members Only tab and hover your cursor over Resource Center

c.  From here you can select any of the resource areas you are seeking.

 

7.       How do I recommend a speaker for a future HEDNA conference?

Email your request to info@hedna.orgWe will review your submission and contact you if there is an appropriate opening on the conference agenda. Submission of a proposal does not guarantee selection.
