Membership Information
Membership in HEDNA is open to any entity or individual whose actions, goals and purposes are consistent with the mission of the
organization. Such entities are invited to join and participate as full voting members. HEDNA is funded by the dues of its members
and is governed by an elected Board of Directors that is comprised of Principal and Allied Members. HEDNA membership extends to all
employees of HEDNA member companies.

Description of Membership Categories
Principal Member (1,500 USD/year)
Any lodging hospitality company or hotel chain, or hospitality management/representation company, including those companies who
manage primary inventory for hotels on distribution channels or who manage the operations of hotels.
*Please note due payments received after January 31, are prorated for the rest of the year and any additional monies are deferred to the next year.
Allied Member (1,500 USD/year)
Companies or individuals who provide products or services to Principal Members including, but not limited to, distribution
channels/systems (including GDS and Internet distributors), technology providers, travel agencies/consortia, tour operators,
wholesalers, and ARC/IATA/CLIA affi liates, who have been approved for participation by the Board of Directors.

Fellowship Member (250 USD/year)
Educational institutions, not for-profi t associations and not-for-profit corporations, who have been approved for participation by
the Board of Directors.
