HEDNA Board of Directors and Officers

HEDNA's officers consist of a President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer, who together with eight elected members and one invited member, compose the Board of Directors. The Executive Director, who is responsible for HEDNA staff, is an ex-officio member of the board.
